Cranford Vanilla Bean Creamery offers a variety of fresh, homemade ice cream cakes available in our store freezer for same-day pickup. These are our classic ice cream cakes, made in multiple sizes and always available for same-day pickup in our front freezers. Each cake is filled with layers of vanilla and chocolate ice cream, separated by fudge and chocolate crunchies, and topped with either pink or blue frosting and sprinkles. We also offer a vanilla-only version with yellow frosting, and for those looking for a gluten-free option, we have a fudge-only vanilla cake with a red border. Customize any of these cakes with a personalized message!

Oreo
Vanilla ice cream mixed with crushed Oreos, decorated with more crushed Oreos on the top and sides. Finished with a blue border.
Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup
Vanilla ice cream mixed with crushed Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, and decorated with premium chocolate chunks.
M&M’s
Vanilla ice cream mixed with crushed M&M’s, decorated with mini M&Ms on the top and sides. Finished with a yellow border.
These cakes are available in-store, but they do sell out quickly! Give us a call ahead of time to reserve one.
Bananas Foster
Two layers of our homemade bananas foster ice cream, two layers of vanilla cake, decorated with vanilla icing and a caramel drizzle.
Party Cake
Two layers of our homemade cake batter ice cream, two layers of vanilla cake, decorated with colorful “birthday candles” icing design.
Chocolate Blackout
Two layers of our homemade chocolate silk ice cream, two layers of chocolate cake, topped with chocolate icing, chocolate crunchies, and chocolate fudge drizzle.
Mocha Bomb
One layer of our homemade coffee ice cream, one layer of our chocolate silk ice cream, and two layers of chocolate cake. Finished with vanilla icing and chocolate fudge drizzle.
